Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• open Login page on dev environment
• click on the "Forgot password"
• specify any username or email
• click on the "Send confirmation code" button

What happens?:
On the screen with the Confirmation code and New password, buttons are shifted to the center.

What should have happened instead?:
Buttons should be aligned to the left and right borders of the form
