Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• open Login page on dev environment
• click on the "Forgot password"
• specify a username or email of a registered user
• click on the "Send confirmation code" button

What happens?:
The email comes to the user but there is "undefined" in the text instead of the username
