CheckUser should display to checkusers the (Locked) mark as well for globally locked and hidden accounts. Currently accounts globally locked and hidden (hidden = do not appear on Special:GlobalUsers but otherwise their names are still visible via Special:ListUsers and page histories) do not bear that mark in the CheckUser results, which is confusing for local checkusers and stewards.

This should probably happen for suppressed/oversighted usernames as well. AFAIK CheckUsers can already see the suppressed name. If that's indeed the case, I think they should be able to see if the account is Locked too.
