Description

Thanks to T308331: eqiad: move non WMCS servers out of rack D5, asw2-d5-eqiad doesn't have any servers connected to it anymore, we can thus move it to spare.

[Netops] Remove from virtual chassis
[Netops] Disable VC links
[Netops] Netbox: remove from VC
[DCops] Disconnect all links
[DCops] Factory reset device
[DCops] Maybe unrack?
[DCops] Netbox: change status, rename to spare, delete cables
