Description

Installing MediaWiki 1.38.2, the content of the UPGRADE file is displayed in the web installer.

That also means that the following line is displayed:

In MediaWiki 1.14 some extensions were migrated into the core. Please see the
HISTORY section "Migrated extensions" and disable these extensions in your
LocalSettings.php

Version 1.14 was released 13.5 years ago. Can we remove this line?

I think with T259771: RFC: Drop support for older database upgrades, yes, definitely (because you couldn't be upgrading to 1.36 in one step from 1.14).
