Description

The Growth-Team is working on a structured mentor list as part of T264343. As part of this project, a new special page is introduced (Special:EnrollAsMentor), which will be used by future mentors to sign up. Currently, this page looks like this:

During testing (T312102), several Growth-Team members noted that the Reason field is confusing. Let's replace it with a fixed edit summary (wording: "Adding myself as a mentor").

Acceptance criteria

Special:EnrollAsMentor does not have a "Reason" field
Edits saved via Special:EnrollAsMentor have an edit summary, which says "Adding myself as a mentor" (in the viewer's language).
