Move pc1014 from pc2 to pc3

Description

pc3 master (pc1013)'s rack, C5, needs to get its switch replaced.
We need to move pc1014 from pc2 to pc3, leave it there for a few days to get some of the keys and then get it promoted to master.

pc1014 is now replicating from pc3 master. Going to give it at least 48h before promoting it to master
