Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Affects most articles with many images, try the article NS Savannah
- While scrolling, if not careful, the page is not centered and will scroll / keep sliding right/left
- Scroll right then down all the way, now the page will be centered as it should, hinting at an image loading issue
What happens?:
My guess since the images don't load right away, something related is causing this behavior
What should have happened instead?:
Article to be centered even if images haven't yet loaded

Using the table of contents, the app no longer goes to the selected section, but misses it, again I think due to a change in image loading behavior
