Content Translation defined its own skin because the tool supported a focused activity and standard elements such as the sidebar full of non-translation-related links was a distraction. Recently the Desktop improvements project has provided a cleaner skin. In this new context, it makes sense to consider how to align Content Translation more to this new skin. For example, making more consistent the top header with the user menu.

Technically Content Translaiton skin was updated to be defined as a skin (T267103). However, we may want to explore which aspects could be reused or aligned to improve the consistency for user-facing aspects.
