Description

We want to test changing the anchor value in the banner copy.

Acceptance Criteria

The banners are based on the control banner of desktop-de-03.
The donation amount in the sentence "Doch schon mit einer Spende von 5 € kann Wikipedia sich auch in Zukunft erfolgreich entwickeln." is changed to 10 €.
The banners should keep the height of desktop-de-02, even if the variant of desktop-de-03 wins.
Banner screenshots are uploaded to Shutterbug.

No need to set it up to start timely on Monday yet. Kai & Till will be back then and might want to have a last check.

@CorinnaHillebrand_WMDE did a doublecheck and found a mistake.
In the slider version of the variant it still says 5€. Should 10€ there too ofc.

Since Till & Kai are both not back today we can set the test to go live (and the old one to end) after this is fixed.
