The mw.eventLog.id API should be documented inline and on https://doc.wikimedia.org/EventLogging/master/js/.
Particular attention should be paid to the storage and lifetime of the ID returned by mw.eventLog.id.getSessionId() and how it differs from mw.user.sessionId().
