With which user do you have shell access? I was able to find the erayfield in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/operations/puppet/+/refs/heads/production/modules/admin/data/data.yaml but that's an LDAP-only user without shell access.

To add a bit more context I'm asking because your request:
- The specific LDAP group that you want to be added to (optional):
analytics-privatedata-users
If for an LDAP group that doesn't exist. The access to that logical group is done in a different way and depends on which data you need access for.

@ERayfield Thank you for the update. I hope they get well soon.
I think the easiest way is we close this now and then later you can simply click reopen on this existing ticket to get it going again.
Or create a new one,whichever seems easier to you.

(P.S. We have a rotating clinic duty each week, so it will probably another person working on these but all else can stay as it is.)
Don't take the "declined" too literal. The expection is that you just change it to "open" again whenever you like.
