This task involves the work with defining a strategy for how we are going to communicate directly with volunteers – both newcomers and Junior Contributors – from Sub-Saharan Africa.

Having direct lines of communication with volunteers within the Editing Team's target audience is particularly important for this work so that we can ensure people experience the designs we will be exploring in ways they find to be "supportive," "helpful," "timely," etc. and not "noisy," "annoying," and "punitive."

This tasks rests upon an appreciation for how different people experience similar things differently and we want to ensure the sensibilities of members of the Editing Team's target audience are centered in this work.
