This task involves the work of defining the design principles that will guide the work we do on T265163.

Background

As @nayoub identified offline on 19 July 2022, the Editing Team will need to arrive at an opinion about when and how might be the right moment(s) to present people with feedback about the changes they are in the midst of making or are proposing/attempting to publish.

To inform decisions like the one mentioned above, we will need to define a more fundamental set of design principles that will help ensure that the user experience(s) we introduce impact people in the way(s) we've intended them to.
