Steps to replicate the issue:
- Go to a page with a long table of contents (for instance, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Reading/Web/Desktop_Improvements or https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/F%C3%BAtbol_en_Cantabria).
- Scroll all the way to the bottom.
What happens?:
The table of contents overlaps with the footer, that contains the date of the last edit and the license links.
What should have happened instead?:
The overlap shouldn't happen.
