What happens?:

It states that the user is "Member of: IP block exemptions (until 20:35, 17 March 2023)", but in the user rights log (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=134649306) it does not state the temporary nature of the IPBE, just stating that the user was "automatically updated from IP block exempt to IP block exempt and extended confirmed user"

What should have happened instead?:

Log entry should state "automatically updated from IP block exempt (temporary, until 20:35, 17 March 2023) to IP block exempt (temporary, until 20:35, 17 March 2023) and extended confirmed user"
