When editing or adding an image, Visual Editor uses fixed image sizes, rather than the upright parameter. This is against the Image size and Image accessibility guidelines.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• This allows for readers to change image size in their preferences. For some users, this is an important accessibility feature.
• The upright scaling parameter is easier to work with (2x as big, rather than having to compute 220px times your scaling factor)
