Add Larissa Gaulia to #mediawiki_security

Description

Can we add Larissa Gaulia to #mediawiki_security on IRC? They are currently manager of the Perf Team and by virtue of this role would need to be informed of (and possibly assist during) incidents and related security events. Their Libera Chat account is lgaulia and they are cloaked as wikimedia/LGaulia-WMF.
