Description

Now the top of the page is overloaded with lines and different font sizes. Looks very dirty.

The subtitle is also separated from the title for some reason, although it is not the body of the article.

I propose to make the title area cleaner: remove the extra line, equalize the font size (can generally be replaced by ooui buttons) and move the subtitle to its rightful place.

@Iniquity: the heading of the page/article is a dense area, and the lines help to separate the various parts (page header, page toolbar, page content). Moving the From wikipedia... tagline below the page title makes the heading area look unbalanced, and gives the tagline too much emphasis.

The lines are quite pale and just create noise. It is better to use sizes and distances to separate content.
