@GMikesell-WMF and I have tested Realtime Preview on 12 of the largest (by article count) wikis, listed https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:IIgwilo_(WMF)/Real_Time_Preview_for_Wikitext/Release_Testing#Which_wikis_to_test.
We have found a couple of bugs (including T316856), which we will raise separately.
