Steps to replicate the issue At [[:en:14th Street (Manhattan)]], the second image in the infobox should be a map but it's empty in the article. However, when you click edit a (completely useless) map appears in the infobox.

Opening the "Developer Tools" in the web browser, the URL https://maps.wikimedia.org/img/osm-intl,a,a,a,290x240@2x.png?lang=en&domain=en.wikipedia.org&title=14th+Street+%28Manhattan%29&revid=1097717187&groups=_bfdcd685dc8c064793a9b9a5f965a5a5f37dff25 is a HTTP 400 request.
Opening that URL, it says "invalid zoom".
Opening https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=14th_Street_(Manhattan)&action=edit it has the line | image_map = {{maplink-road}}.
Looking at the documentation on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:maplink-road , {{maplink-road}} requires additional parameters which are missing here.
This has to be fixed on-wiki by adding required information on the wiki page itself. Please bring this up in a support forum on English Wikipedia instead. Thanks a lot!
(This problem happens for numerous maps, like all linked from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_numbered_streets_in_Manhattan or also on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wall_Street .)
