When Realtime Batch service is being worked on (maintenance or new feature development), we want to be able to deploy it to the development and production environment so we can do integration testing and start the development of new v2 API.

Acceptance criteria:
The service is deployed on our ECS cluster and is available for scheduler to query the endpoints.

To-Do:

• move ksqldb out of sidecar container
• rename the service from difss to hourly or relatime-batch
