Set import sources for mr.wiktionary and allow admins to import

Description

We need to set import sources from mr.wikisource, mr.wikipedia and en.wiktionary, commons, en.wikipedia and allow admins to import. Currently, I am not an admin or no admin is active so I don't know if import is working on mrwiktionary or not. Community is been informed about this task here. thanks in advance
