Problem: Right now, events can have the same name in Special:MyEvents if they were created on different wikis.
Solution: In the table on Special:MyEvents, we can show which wiki the event registration was enabled on.

Hello @gonyeahialam: When we enable the CampaignEvents extension on more wikis, this will be a useful feature improvement for organizers, since some of them may organize events on multiple wikis (such as on Meta-Wiki and Igbo Wikipedia). For this reason, we should add a column of the wiki where the event was created. We have the choice of either representing the wiki as the wiki id or URL.
ID examples: enwiki, metawiki, wikidatawiki
URL examples: en.wikipedia.org, meta.wikimedia.org, wikidata.org
Since we have limited space in this table, ID may be better. What do you think? And can you create a visual example of how this feature improvement could look with the new column? Thanks in advance!
