This was started a bit in T309587 and ran into some trouble, see T309587#8071512 on.

Groups are now set up so there is one for members (kansli-medlemmar) and one for the mailing list (kansli). The latter is a member of the former and setup so that emails are archived in it and sent on to the former.

I imported the MBOX from Mailman and realised that there now are quite a few more messages in the members group which had them imported earlier. They also don't seem to be in the MBOX file. I'm not sure if something has gone wrong with the forwarding to Mailman since the switch from the group.

Set this list to accept e-mails from anyone in the organisation (allows e.g. the board to e-mail all staff)
