The paging for the Get IPs results was disabled due to a broken query. This should be re-enabled so that users can see results which have more than 5,000 different IPs and also allow the user to lower the number shown.

Furthermore, at the moment paging being disabled means that if there were more than 5,000 IPs there would be no indication that the results were truncated. This should not be a major issue as on enwiki I've never seen more than around 100 IPs at once.
