Description

Once T314507 is implemented, we should make the latest Codex code available in beta labs behind a query string parameter. This would require:

T314507, including a query string parameter to opt into using the local version of Codex
Updating the Codex repo in beta labs as patches are merged, like we do for extensions
Somehow running the Codex build process every time the Codex repo is updated
Configuring beta labs to point to the local Codex clone, and to allow using it through a query string parameter
