Currently the only OSM object referring Q209400 is this:

This relation is of type=network which isn't/wasn't supported.
Your example in T292613 refers Q873397. I suppose you wanted to check this instead?

Thanks for looking at that! What happened here is that I found a number of articles which seem to refer to Wikidata items that have no importable OSM shapes or lines. I would like to imagine that these worked at one point, but really don't know. Probably best if I close this task until we hear reports from editors who find items that aren't working.
