DWL irc-buster VM did not come back up from unexpected cloudvirt reboot

Description

After an unexpected reboot from one of our cloudvirts, your vm irc-buster.dwl.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud did not come back
up (it's unreachable through ssh or virsh console).

We can try to spend some time trying to restore the VM, extract data and such, but before that, I see that the VM is
using a deprecated OS version (debian 10), so I was wondering if you would prefer to rebuild it on a supported debian
version instead.

If there's anything on the old VM that need rescuing for the rebuilding, we can try to help you get it too.

I'd like to rebuild the VM. Could you please give me the home directories of gifti and taxonbot?

I have created a volume named restore_home_dirs in the dwl project, there you'll find the home directories you
requested, you should be able to mount that volume on any of your VMs and get them from there.

Thank you for you work! I have created a new VM, transfered the data and deleted the volume and the old VM.
