Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Translate an article from Japanese to Chinese Wikipedia that contain a file in the format of [[ファイル:xxx.jpg|xxx]] with File being the Japanese text for "File"
• Publish the article

What happens?:
The image show correctly in translation tool but doesn't show correctly after published the translation

What should have happened instead?:
The content translation tool should either automatically translate the "File:" into appropriate local handle according to the project, or require user to fix that manually
