What is "most recent stable" exactly?

but I am neither admin nor informed of how conservative is WMF with using different versions of software in the WM Cloud...so i would not draw conclusions myself :-)

Irrelevant stuff - previous task title was clearer

(I honestly don't understand very well why it would be friendly to rollback a Task title, removing the supposed current version, and then saying that this information was "irrelevant stuff". I know it's an huge work to keep all Tasks under a watchlist, but sometime doing less creates a more pleasant environment.)

@Pharos do you have access and knowledge to update Wikimedia Chat or know someone who does?

Upgrade is even more needed + also bridges to existing global Telegram groups.
