Done, and moved the subpages too. The script doesn't have options to create a redirect, so I did that manually.
The page still needs a slight renaming (change African to Africa to match the image)
Hopefully the two subpage moves that I requested didn’t impact the main one.
Per Tropicalkitty's comment (endorsed by the original requestor), the page should be renamed again to "Africa Wikimedia Technical Community" (rather than "African Wikimedia Technical Community")
