For the new users onboarding soon, we'd like to have a reference to the documentation to help them get started with their Wikibase. A quick solution would be to add a sentence with link on https://www.wikibase.cloud/dashboard.

Assuming that there is no more detail to be added to this ticket then we estimate this as a 2. Leaving it *not* in ready-to-pickup until we hear from @danshick-wmde that he's not still working on adding more or tweaking the copy
This is my suggestion for the copy -- open to feedback but, absent that, I think the above is good.
