Czech Wikipedia decided to introduce extendedconfirmed group at cswiki. This group should be configured similarly to enwiki (users should be in it after having 500 edits and 30 days since registration). Sysopsbots should have the extendedconfirmed permission automatically.
It should also be possible to protect articles on the extendedconfirmed level.
Admins should be able to manually grant/revoke the group as well.
