Description

Redeploy the buildservice (https://github.com/toolforge/buildservice) on toolsbeta and iron out any possible issues.

Follow the instructions in the readme file for deployment (search for toolsbeta there):
https://github.com/toolforge/buildservice/blob/main/README.md

Then trigger a build with the toolforge cli and see that it runs and builds the image successfully.

NOTE: Ping #cloud-admin before the deployment
