Make sure that the registry-admission-webhook code (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/repos/labs/tools/registry-admission-webhook) uses the deploy.sh standard for deployment:

@dcaro I looked at this gerrit code earlier last week and I think it is safe to say that this repository has already implemented the deploy.sh standard. Is there any specific objective you have in mind while creating this task?

this is related to T316328 and I have already tested the deploy.sh script by deploying to toolsbeta and it works, so this is done.
