Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
Prerequisite: Have a userright with "autopatrol"

Make an edit in Translation namespace

What happens?: Corresponding edit to the parent page is not autopatrolled

What should have happened instead?: Corresponding edit to the parent page should be autopatrolled
