track number of users that saw the survey and number of clicks (conversion rate)

Two things:

The button to close and hide: Nein, danke defaults to Nein danke we could leave it like that and spare creating an overwrite page for that message on the project page. We could change the de translation for the default message in the extension using translatewiki though and add the comma there.

When you visit the survey by clicking the link, the UI changes to a "thank you" mode with the following default text:

We could overwrite that default from the extension as well.

This is fine to leave as is without the comma.

The data sources needed to do the required tracking are supplied by QuickSurveys built-in behavior. Impressions are logged to the "QuickSurveyInitiation" event stream, and a click out to the external survey is logged in "QuickSurveysResponses".

Documenting decisions here as made on mattermost and in story time. Will update the task description next.

The link to the techwish project page will be added into the footer (exact text coming) and we will also use custom text for the thank you message. Do we need two messages for each of the buttons?

As it's better german with the comma, we will add to default message if possible.

Note: The first issue was just a caching problem. The English labels on the buttons only appear when the user's interface language is set to en.
