Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to an article with a long TOC (https://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Luther_King)
- Navigate to the bottom of the page
What happens?: If the TOC is longer than the space allocated, a slider appears, that hides the bottom of the page.
What should have happened instead?: I suppose that the bottom should be over the TOC when the bottom arrives.
