Starting a section translation on desktop for the "Legal status" section of the Moon article with this link (notice the "sourcesection=Legal+status" parameter), an invisible section containing the title can be added to the translation.
Note on the video below how it is possible to hover a blank section above the first paragraph to add the "Legal status" section title:
Since the desktop editor shows the section title already on top (T311635), it is not needed to show it again.
