Description

T299657 implemented a new notification that makes people aware when a topic they've subscribed to has been merged, moved, or deleted.

This task involves the work of revising the icon that accompanies said talk page archiving notifications so that people can distinguish these notifications from the new comment notifications they're likely used to receiving about topics they are subscribed to.

Requirements

To convey the informational aspect of these types of notifications, we will be using the lightbulb icon (💡) from OOUI / Codex design systems with color-token Notice (codex) – #202122.
