Missing logo for mniwiktionary and frwikiquote

Description

Some site is not presented in logos/config.yaml, which cause some problem on my implementation of T307705. There should exist a definition inside config file.

  • mniwiktionary was created in T273457, there's no site logo defined
  • frwikiquote also has this problem, they are still using the default logo w/o HIDPI support.
