Even though this ticket only asks for the group "wmde", i am almost certain it should be both "wmde" and "nda" because it always has been for other WMDE employees on tickets that I recall.

And an NDA has been signed.

The changes have been merged and haak is now a wmde/nda user. I've also added the user to the WMF-NDA project on phab. @HasanAkgun_WMDE could you test out your new access to confirm this is working? Thanks!

@Dzahn I do have an unrelated question. I will be on vacation from Sept. 19-30 and need to change my delegation for the NDA workflow while I'm out. Do you know how to do this or might you refer me to someone who can help if you are not able?

@BBlack and @JMeybohm will be the clinic duty SRE for them 2 weeks. It's probably best to make sure they know who to ask.

There are 2 (ore more) ways we can go about it. One is what RhinosF1 said, one can lookup who is on clinic duty for specific dates.

The schedule is at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Clinic_Duty/Schedule and then inform those specific people.

Or one of us can go to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Clinic_Duty/Access_requests and just edit the wiki page. It mentions your user name in a few places and it could temporarily be replaced with another user name.

We can also take care of that for you. Is there another Phabricator user you could link who is supposed to get the requests instead?

@KFrancis And yet another way is we can ask ITS via techsupport@ to create a Google mail alias, something like nda-requests@ and then you get to control who that forwards to yourself, and you can use it as the email address for the Phabricator user.

Hi @HasanAkgun_WMDE you now have the same groups that other WMDE users have.

This gives you access to certain repos in Gerrit as well as other logins including the grafana you have requested.

You can either ask your colleagues what else you should look at or you can also feel free to ping us here if you have any other access related questions.

Don't hesitate to reopen the ticket if something doesn't work as expected. For Gerrit, you may have to logout and login again to notice the difference.
