Description

As I mentioned in T317417: Phonos links to an unauthorized URL, this thread on Slack had some good discussion about Swift/Media storage — however, Slack isn't accessible by everyone so we should ideally summarise the useful points on-wiki somewhere (Wikitech?).

This is tagged with Community-Tech, but anyone with access to Slack should feel free to work on this! 😸
