A/C:

It should be possible to submit all wikibase.cloud forms with the enter key (NOT anything on Wikibase/Mediawiki)

This was noticed to not be possible on T305819 but is also the case in other forms.

(Generally the solution is to move the submit button within the form making this semantically more correct too)
