category_redirect.py: Use translated NS_TEMPLATE name in the log

Description

rPWBC scripts/category_redirect.py creates a log after each run with a summary of its operations. While the NS_CATEGORY namespace is being shown translated into the wiki language, the NS_TEMPLATE namespace invariably use English. See e.g. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usuario:MABot/category_redirect_log.

Would it be possible to display the NS_TEMPLATE namespace name translated too?
