Feature summary:
On small screen sizes, the tick and cross buttons should not be displayed.
Instead, the user can simply touch anywhere on the entire tag. They will then be presented with a popup select menu with "accept" and "reject" options).
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Buttons are hard to press accurately on mobile without making them (and the whole tag) very large.
This also saves lots of space drawing the actual tags
