What happens?:
Intro: </noinclude># first list item # second list item
is replaced with
Intro: </noinclude> # first list item # second list item
This creates an extraneous empty paragraph in a dirty diff.
What should have happened instead?:
No new line character should be added, the wikitext should be preserved.
Maybe a follow up of T253703: <meta typeof="mw:Includes/..."> nodes are always serialized to wikitext with newlines around them?
