Description

WMSE is wanting to experiment with a Wikibase instance to model reports etc. that are produced by the chapter. We call it Metabase.

The purpose is two-fold:

Learn about how to implement a new Wikibase instance to better be able to promote and support such efforts within our GLAM collaborations.
Make our produced material more easy to discover and better connected. The WMSE effort around this could serve as a basis for an affiliate/movement wide Wikibase instance to describe projects and reports (think Wikibase for meta)

Moving this to new project but we should have a think of if there are any remaining tasks under the "set-up" umbrella or of we should rather move on to a new umbrella task focused on "on-boarding non-WMSE users".
