MariaDB 10.6.10 is out with the fix for T311106

We have a patched version running now, but we need to compile and install this final version.

Compiled the new packages. Installed them on:
db1124 and db1125 (testing hosts)
pc2014 (spare host)
pc1014 (spare host)
I am going to give them a few hours before upgrading all the hosts running the version with the fix patch for the spikes.
